There are four ways to file a potential code violation complaint.
- For IMMEDIATE assistance, please call non-emergency dispatch at 970-668-8600 or for emergencies call 911.
- You may file online by clicking on the online portal image. The link will take you to our online Citizen Services site. If this is your first time on the site, you will need to register a username and password. Fill out the form completely. The form will be sent to our Police Department for investigation.
- You may fill out the form below and someone will follow up with you.
