Business Licenses & Permits

If you have pulled a business license with the Town of Blue River previously, you will already have an online portal username.  Click on login and select “Forgot Password.”  You will need to enter the email associated with your business license.  A temporary password will then be emailed to you.  If you have difficulties, please call (970) 547-0545 ext. 1.

If you have never applied for a Town of Blue River Business License or Permit, you will need to create login credentials as a new user.

Lodging Registration & Tax Remittals

If you have a Town of Blue River Lodging License, you will already have an online portal username.  Click on login and select “Forgot Password.”  You will need to enter the email associated with your Lodging license.  A temporary password will then be emailed to you.  If you have difficulties, please call (970) 547-0545 ext. 1.  Once you are able to login, use the tabs to select Renewals or Tax Remittal.  Please note that we are not accepting renewals until after November 1st and a new renewal application will be required each year.  You will also not be able to pay until your application has been approved.

When remitting taxes, you will be required to enter all information prior to remitting payment.

If you have never applied for a Town of Blue River Lodging License, you will need to create login credentials as a new user.  Please note you will not be able to pay until your license has been approved.

Code Violations

To file a code violation complaint, you will need to create a new account.
