Online Portal Instructions

Business Licenses & Permits

If you have pulled a business license with the Town of Blue River previously, you will already have an online portal username.  Click on login and select “Forgot Password.”  You will need to enter the email associated with your business license.  A temporary password will then be emailed to you.  If you have difficulties, please call (800) 325-9818 for technical assistance or Blue River Town Hall (970) 547-0545 ext. 0.

If you have never applied for a Town of Blue River Business License or Permit, you will need to create login credentials as a new user.

Inspections

Inspections are conducted Tuesday & Thursdays and must be scheduled by 4 p.m. the day before. 

Please click on the ONLINE PORTAL link to the right to schedule your Building Department inspection or visit www.citizenserve.com/blueriver

If you experience issues scheduling your inspection, please call tech support at 1-800-325-9818 or the Town of Blue River at (970) 547-0545 ext. 0 for assistance.

Lodging Registration & Tax Remittals

If you have a Town of Blue River Lodging License, you will already have an online portal username.  Click on login and select “Forgot Password.”  You will need to enter the email associated with your Lodging license.  A temporary password will then be emailed to you.  If you have difficulties, please call (970) 547-0545 ext. 1.  Once you are able to login, use the tabs to select Renewals or Tax Remittal.  

When remitting taxes, you will be required to enter all information prior to remitting payment.  Please note you area required to enter the number of days rented with your lodging report.

If you have never applied for a Town of Blue River Lodging License, you will need to create login credentials as a new user.  Please note you will not be able to pay until your license has been approved.

Code Violations

To file a code violation complaint, you will need to create a new account.
