Property owners holding a short-term rental license within the Town of Blue River are required to remit 3.4% taxes on a minimum of a quarterly basis. The 3.4% Lodging Tax is NOT remitted by Airbnb nor VRBO. A Lodging Tax report is required with all Lodging Tax Payments.
