Over the last year, the Board of Trustees have worked to develop a comprehensive Land Use Code. The draft Land Use Code is available via .pdf below. The Town will be conducting two public hearings for public comment prior to consideration of adoption. Residents may submit public comments prior to either or both public hearings to Town Manager Michelle Eddy at michelle@townofblueriver.org. Attendees may attend in person at Blue River Town Hall, 0110 Whispering Pines Circle, Blue River, CO 80424 or via Zoom the Zoom link provided.
