Type C Permits do not require Planning & Zoning Commission approval and may be permitted by Town Staff.
Type C Permits Include:
- Staining/Siding
- Roof
- Interior Remodel
- Forest Management
- Hot Tubs
- Windows
- Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical
- Misc. Improvements requiring administrative approval
