Homeowners are responsible to remit taxes on their short-term rentals at a minimum of a quarterly basis. Failure to remit taxes by the 20th of the month due will result in additional late fees and the potential for a license to be revoked. Please fill out the form below and you may remit taxes in the following manner:

Drop a check in the drop box at Town Hall: 0110 Whispering Pines Circle, Blue River, CO 80424
Taxes to be remitted to the State of Colorado: 8.875%
Taxes to be remitted to the Town of Blue River: 3.4%
**Please note that it is the homeowner's responsibility to remit the proper taxes. If you rent through Airbnb or VRBO, ensure they have your property listed as BLUE RIVER. They will NOT collect nor remit the 3.4% to the Town of Blue River.
